section of the HR Library. New provisions have been added as a result of changes to laws passed during the last legislative session that address furloughs and delivery of notices regarding employment.
Our database of HR metrics, policies, and procedures is now available to DataCentral members. HR survey categories include benefits, contracts, leave, substitutes, and HR department staff and responsibilities. To view and download survey results on a topic, subscribers must participate in the survey, which can be done at anytime.

We are pleased to introduce our newest team member, Michael Kester, who joined us at the beginning of January. Michael will be assisting with our salary and HR surveys and providing analytical support for our consulting projects. Michael has worked in the financial and health care industries and is a former teacher.
