The second edition of The School Administrator’s Guide to Managing Leaves and Absences will be available for purchase in July. The new edition will include frequently asked questions, new Family and Medical Leave Act and military leave requirements, and expanded guidance on leave administration. Our new book will also unravel the mysteries of non-duty and vacation days in public schools. You can preview the new edition at the HR Services booth at the Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators (TASPA) Summer Conference in July. Books will be for sale through the TASB Store Web site.
