Employee Opinion Survey

Finding out how employees really feel about their jobs and working conditions can be useful information for district leaders who are concerned with recruiting and retention. Using a third party to assure anonymity of responses can help to encourage more participation and candid responses. HR Services staff will design, administer, and report the results of a web-based employee opinion survey. The district will be provided with a sample survey to review and add to or modify.
