HR Staffing and Operation Reviews
Professional HR consultants advise districts on the organization and effectiveness of human resource operations by conducting a comprehensive on-site review. Consultants will review department staffing and job roles, administrative processes, legal compliance, and interview HR department staff. Opinion surveys of campus principals and customers of the HR department can also be included. The scope of HR functions to be reviewed include:
