Professional compensation consultants provide customized services to member districts to analyze their job market and design pay systems to control internal and external pay equity. TASB consultants have designed customized pay systems for more than 400 Texas school districts.
Maintaining Pay Plans
After pay systems are designed and installed, maintenance support is available each year to help client districts adjust pay structures and run cost estimates for different pay increase options. Other maintenance services can be provided to review job classification changes, review and realign pay range structures with the local job market, or provide staff training.
