Environmental Compliance Reviews

  • OnSite compliance reviews are designed to review your record keeping methods to determine if you are complying with federal and state regulations and standards. Asbestos management plans, hazard communication standards, hazardous materials management, lead poisoning, radon, indoor air quality, and integrated pest management programs are evaluated for compliance. Deficiencies in your environmental programs or record keeping could subject your district to possible regulatory fines of up to $10,000 per violation.

  • Custodial Unitization Services & Grounds Unitization Services—Services designed to assist personnel in effectively and efficiently managing your district’s custodial and grounds departments through proper staffing, placement, equipment, and chemical inventory needs.
  •  Document scanning and archiving service. OnSite now has the ability to scan in blue-prints and other wide format documents.  OnSite will return the originals along with a DVD with all of the electronic scans, and OnSite will maintain copies of the scans on their servers so that a replacement DVD is just a phone call away.
