With more than 1,100 members, $200 million in assets, and over $110 million in members' equity, the Fund is one of the oldest, largest, and financially strongest risk pools in the nation. Governed by a 19-member Board of Trustees, composed of school board members, superintendents, and other officials from the Fund's member districts, and administered by TASB, Inc., the Fund is uniquely positioned to respond to its members' needs.
