Help with PDFs

To view or print PDF (Portable Document Format) files from our site, you must have a recent version of the Adobe Acrobat® Reader installed on your computer. If you are using a version that is older than 9.0, you may have difficulties with PDFs on the site; you will need to update the Reader.

On a PC, you can find the version number under the "Help" option in the Reader menu. For Macs, version numbers are displayed on the splash screen that appears as the Reader starts up. Download a free version of the newest Reader by clicking on the link below. Follow all installation steps so that you may download a PDF to your system or view it on line.
